A Comprehensive Action-Packed Sports Game
I first got into Madden only a couple of years ago. I played it and couldn’t get enough of it. I bought 2003 and then bought 2004. Its easy to play without prior knowledge of the game, I learnt all the rules of the game by playing Madden, and now I watch it on TV. For beginners there is an easy setting, which alters the rules slightly to give the player more time etc. and for the Madden MVPs out there, there is an all-madden difficulty level to make it more challenging. The graphics are amazing, the gameplay is incredible, and the latest additions to franchise mode has dramatically improved the game.
Its a top-notch game, love it!

Madden remians the one….
Having last played Madden in 2000 on a playstation one, I was looking forward to giving this one a bash - and wasn’t disappointed.

The attention to detail is excellent and the owner mode is a great addition despite my having some major salary cap problems in the third season!

You’ll soon be trying all sorts of plays in all types of situations both on offense and defense. Whilst being a huge NFL fan, I wouldn’t admit to knowing the difference between some of the more difficult plays but this game almost teaches you as you go along.

Now I can just laugh at 3rd down situations with a tight end or full back ready to get me out of trouble!

Madden 2004 is a must buy. I’ve yet to find anything to criticise.

This game just keeps getting better and better. Unlike other EA sports titles that get tinkered with , the Madden series is for the best part untouched , instead concentrating on graphics and the smooth running of the game.
Personally speaking I think this game works best on the XBOX ,where the picture quality is video like.
Its still a relativly easy game to play , even if you’re unsure of the rules of American football. I played against someone who’d never played it before or new the rules , within an hour he was hooked!!!!
